Vital Origins mission is to empower individuals with the support and knowledge to make conscious decisions in their day-to-day life regarding their health and well-being. We employ evidence-based and time tested techniques to guide the body back to its original condition, thriving. We begin with one of our most intimate and fundamental relationships. The food that nourishes us. Through a skilled and intentional combination of proper nutrition and lifestyle design we assist individuals in constructing a container for their healing, and ultimately, the strength of body, mind and spirit to generate a positive impact on their lives and all of their relationships.
Owner/nutrition and LIFESTYLE Counselor
Raised primarily by his hard working mother, Ryan grew up on McDonalds and Dominos Pizza (they literally recognized them and knew their orders). His grandmother was his saving grace, as he spent large portions of his life with her. She would cook all the meals, they sat down to eat, she had a garden she tended, and she was deeply caring. It was from her that Ryan learned what being human was. As time went on and Ryan moved away he started to experiment with his diet and lifestyle. Going through many iterations, the experiment gleaned elements that became fundamental to his lifestyle and his thriving. Along the journey Ryan encountered an overwhelming amount of conflicting information. This lead to the pursuit of a graduate degree in Clinical Human Nutrition and Integrative Health (in process). It has become Ryan's mission to bring clear guidance to those seeking a sustainable way out of chronic illness or optimizing their overall sense of well-being and performance.
